GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All new equipment is guaranteed for 12 months from the day of purchase (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
Second-hand/ex-demonstration equipment costing fifty pounds or less is guaranteed for 30 days from the day of purchase (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
Second-hand/ex-demonstration equipment costing over fifty pounds is guaranteed for 90 days from the day of purchase (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
Repairs come with a three months guarantee for parts and labour.
Any deposit, purchase, or submission of equipment for repair shall be deemed to be an unqualified acceptance of the terms and conditions contained herein.

YOUR SALE RECEIPT IS PROOF OF YOUR ENTITLEMENT TO WARRANTY SERVICE.

Warranty service may be obtained by returning the product during the warranty period to ATV at 840 Christchurch Road, Boscombe, Bournemouth, Dorset BH7 6DQ and providing proof of your warranty service entitlement.

Claims for damages and/or shortages and return of goods must be made within 48 hours and submitted in writing within that period complete with manuals and software etc, quoting the date of purchase and invoice number.
Our guarantee covers the full cost of parts and labour for repairing the goods for the agreed period. In the event of us being unable for whatever reason to carry out repairs required we reserve the right to offer substitute similar specification equipment. Repair parts and replacement products will be provided on an exchange basis and will either be new, equivalent to new or reconditioned. All replaced parts and products become the property of ATV, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any guarantee will be rendered invalid unless the terms and conditions listed below are adhered to:
All original packing must be kept (including disks and manuals) for the duration of the warranty, as our suppliers refuse to accept any item not in their original state.
You must take full anti-static precautions when fitting any internal component.
Products must be correctly installed and used for normal, domestic purposes in England, Wales, Scotland or the Channel Islands in accordance with manufacturer's instructions.
This guarantee may be rendered invalid for a particular product if that product is resold, tampered with or repaired by an unauthorised person.
Any ATV guarantee does NOT COVER the repair of damage to the product resulting from:
Accident, disaster, misuse and abuse.
Use of parts not supplied by ATV.
Modification of the product.
Service provided by anyone other than ATV.
PLEASE NOTE:
Refunds will only be given if the product is returned to ATV in exactly the same condition and packaging as when sold and has not been opened, unpacked or used in any way.
ATV does not give refunds on software due to possible infringement of copyright. Any software found to be faulty must be returned to the manufacturer.
Our guarantee excludes consumable items such as batteries, light bulbs, drive belts, valves, R.F. output devices, ink etc.
(ATV does not warrant that the functions in any preloaded program will meet your requirements or that the
operations of the preloaded program will be uninterrupted or error free.
(ATV shall have no liability for lost profits or other consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by a third party.
(You are responsible for any associated transportation charges and insurance during shipment and return in the event of servicing required under guarantee.
(All equipment left with us for repair and not paid for and collected within three months from the day first left with us will be sold to defray costs including storage charges (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
There is no other warranty whether express or implied. In case the exclusion of certain warranties would be precluded by applicable law, such warranties would be limited in duration to the warranty period agreed on day of purchase.
